Conditions of Use

At Creative Ndeavors, we want to make your shopping experience with us fun and simple.  We aspire to get every order correct and shipped to you in a timely manner so that you'll come back often and tell all your friends! 

Our normal hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. If you call during non-business hours or if you reach our answering machine, please leave a message. You can help us by making sure that you order the correct size and color that you intend to buy by checking out our size and color charts on the SIZE AND COLOR CHARTS page.

Please also be aware that colors may vary slightly from the colors shown on your computer monitor and/or the dye lots of the garments, although the variance should be minimal.

Washing and Care Instructions
To keep your shirt or onesie looking great for a long time wash the garment in cold to med water, no bleach and tumble dry low and remove promptly to lessen wrinkles. Please be aware that a small amount of shrinking may occur if you machine dry.  If you feel the need to ever iron your shirt, iron from the back side of the embroidery.

One more important thing:  Please take into consideration, what the thread colors of the design will look like on the color of the garment you are purchasing. The thread colors of the design shown on the site, are the thread colors used in production, unless you have placed a special order with us by email.  This means that a design sewn in red thread will not show well on a red garment.

Creative Ndeavors cannot be responsible for orders placed in the wrong size or color (garment or thread) and will not replace these items for free.  We will however, correct size and/or color (garment or thread) mistakes made on our end at no additional charge. Creative 'NDeavors reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors or sizes at any time.  Should you have an order with us for an item that has changed we will notify you as soon as possible to rectify the situation. 

BACK ORDERS:  Should you order an item that is backordered, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible and you may cancel or make changes to your order at that time.
