Creative 'Ndeavors is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States.  We do this as an added value for shopping with us!  USPS shipping rates will apply for locations beyond.

If your order is a gift, you can add a special message to the recipient in the comments area at checkout.

We do take Special Orders by written email or phone. Email us from the contact page (or call 303-287-6633).  Please include your phone number as well as colors, sizes and any other pertinent information such as thread colors and/or personalizations in your email to us.  Failure to include this information may slow down the processing of your order.  If we have questions we may call you.  You're welcome to call us with your questions * 303-287-6633.

Returns * Since all our products are custom made to your specifications, they are not returnable unless we've made the mistake. Notification of a problem must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please be very careful in selecting the size and color of your items and be aware of the thread colors used in the design in relation to the garment color.  Thread the same color as the fabric doesn't show well.  We cannot take returns due to unwanted colors or sizes being selected at time of checkout.  Please review your order carefully. We will however, correct size and/or color (garment or thread) mistakes made on our end at no additional charge.
